1. Data Controller
The controller of the caregiver's personal data is Corvino Marta Todek, ul. Jugosłowiańska 76a, 51-112 Wrocław, Poland, NIP (Tax ID) 8951810286, REGON (Business Registry No.) 383117426, providing the app under the brand "Milo App". Contact: hello@miloapp.pet.
2. Scope of the caregiver's processed data
- first and last name / hotel or pet sitter name;
- e-mail address and login identifier (Google / Apple);
- device data used to deliver push notifications;
- data arising from linking with pet profiles (role, scope of access, care dates).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- providing the Panel service and maintaining the caregiver's account – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- handling contact and complaints – Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR;
- delivering push notifications – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- ensuring the application's security – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- demonstrating consent to the terms of use of the service – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Pet data shared by the owner
Pet data (name, species, breed, health record, veterinary recommendations, medication schedules, photos) is not the caregiver's personal data. It is shared with the caregiver by the pet's owner and solely for the purpose of carrying out the entrusted care. Detailed rules are set out in the document "Rules for processing data shared by the pet's owner".
5. Recipients of data
Data is processed using trusted technical infrastructure providers (Lovable Cloud and Supabase – PostgreSQL database and Storage). The Controller does not sell caregivers' data or use it for behavioural advertising.
6. Retention period
The caregiver's account data is stored for the period of use of the Panel. After the account is deleted, data is erased, subject to audit entries and obligations arising from applicable law.
7. User rights
The caregiver has the right to:
- access their data and obtain a copy of it;
- rectify their data;
- erase their data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on a legitimate interest;
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
8. Security
Data is encrypted at rest and transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to the database is protected by a Row Level Security mechanism – the caregiver sees only the data of pets to which the owner has granted active access.
